During winter in the mid-70's, Bolivar County friends, Stanley Gaines and Rogers Varner, went on a ski trip to Aspen. In the gift shops, they noticed ski posters from different states that tried to capture the attention of skiers who were there from around the country. When Varner and Gaines asked the clerk if they had a "Ski Mississippi" poster, the clerk said, "those rednecks don't ski." That insult launched a business venture that has lasted years.
Now available, a 10-pack of fold over notecards and envelopes or the classic 18" x 24" poster (poster only available for pickup only from our Cleveland, MS office).
