Dreamsicle Créme Brûlée

Dreamsicle Creme Brûlée

Juice and zest of 1 orange
2 ounces Grand Marnier
1 quart heavy cream
1/3 cup sugar
10 egg yolks

In a double boiler combine orange juice and zest, Grand Marnier, cream and sugar till hot to the touch. Slowly temper mixture with egg yolks. Pour custard into ramekins and place in a water bath and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until custard is set.

Allow to cool and place in refrigerator no less than than 4 hours and up to 1 week.

To serve, top with sugar and brûlée.
