Add elderflower liqueur to a French 75 and it’s a 77. Botanical cucumber-forward gin with St Germaine, a festive bubbly!

1 1/2   ounces Hendricks gin

1/2      ounce St Germaine

Squeeze of lemon juice

Dash of Agave in the Raw

Sugar cube

Champagne or Prosecco to top

In a shaker filled with ice, add gin, St Germaine, lemon juice, agave and a sugar cube. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
